Recently, the China Association for Science and Technology announced the shortlist of the eighth Youth Talent Promotion Project. Two of our young scholars, Dr. Decai Liang (in mathematical statistics, recommended by the Chinese Association for Applied Statistics) and Dr. Hui Lei (in combinatorical design, recommended by the Operations Research Society of China) were selected.
The Youth Talent Promotion Project is a national youth talent training project officially launched by the China Association for Science and Technology in 2015. It aims to support young scientific and technological talents under 32 years old with oustanding innovation potential.
